Renovation Project
The project is about completely changes the design of the building, from an old shophouse rental space into mixed-use building which are consist of the ground floor hosts a cafe and restaurant serving for ‘Taupe hotel’ and Chiang Mai expat travelers, the 2nd floor is a rental space for a massage studio and the 3rd floor is for rental rooms units.
The design uses a brick-like facade, texture paint finishes, and taupe brownish tones for softness and coziness making the space feel warm and welcoming.
