Renovation Project
The project is about Completely changes the program of the building, from an Apartment rental space into a hotel building.
There are 4 types of room units.

TYPE B – A mid-type unit at 35 sqm
TYPE C – 2 bedrooms unit with living room area
TYPE D – A master unit with living room and kitchen area

The design is focused on mood and tone of the hotel, we want to create a space that feels like home, using the curve shape and a brownish color scheme, making this space a second home to the travelers.
