Renovation project
The project is all about renovating the existing duplex unit into the function that suits our new owner. the 2 storey units are refurbished and renovated, we turned the existing entrance level into kitchen and dining area. Using the dark wood color.
Kitchen design to give out a calm and cooler atmosphere to the space. Adding a pantry storage underneath the stairs, the cabinet doors are cladded with gold mirror giving a more luxurious wider space to the room.
We continue the use of dark wood color and gold panel to the living room on the second floor, with hidden door panel at the TV cabinet and LED lights glowing on the shelving display units, creating an organized cleanliness to the space and smooth transition to the greenery at the balcony.
Lastly, the renovation of the bedroom units and the master bathroom. The requirement from our clients is to add greenery, indoor plants to the bathroom unit. We turned the existing bathtub area into a plants pot with a new set of tiles. We also given a connection of the plants to the bedroom by punching a long window area given a greenery vision to the bed area. And lastly, the walk-in closet with hidden wood panel covering the AC unit with hidden sliding closet door.
